Suljhaoo Leads is a free internal portal for Suljhaoo sales agents and authorised admin staff to capture and manage kirana shop leads. It is developed and operated by Valantech Solutions Private Limited(“Valantech”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

This Privacy Policy describes what information is handled in the portal, how it is used, and your choices. By signing in or using Suljhaoo Leads, you agree to this policy.


1. Free service — no payments

Suljhaoo Leads is provided at no charge to authorised users. We do not collect payment card details, billing addresses, or subscription information through this portal.

2. Information we handle

We collect and store only what is needed to operate the lead-management workflow for your organisation:

  • Agent and staff accounts: name, mobile number, optional email, password (stored in hashed form), and role
  • Lead records: shop and owner details, contact numbers, addresses, visit notes, photos, and verification information entered by agents in the course of their work
  • Technical logs: basic server and security logs (for example IP address and request timestamps) needed to keep the service secure and reliable

3. No third-party sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share user or lead data with third parties for advertising, marketing, profiling, or analytics.

Data entered in Suljhaoo Leads is stored and processed only on systems operated for Suljhaoo by Valantech, for the purpose of lead management within your organisation. We do not submit your data to external marketing platforms, data brokers, or social networks.

One-time passwords (OTP) for sign-in may be delivered by SMS through a telecom provider strictly to authenticate you; lead and account data are not shared with that provider beyond what is required to send the OTP message.

4. How we use information

  • Authenticate agents and admin users
  • Store, review, and manage kirana leads captured in the field
  • Support verification and admin review workflows
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues

5. Who can access data

Access is limited to authorised Suljhaoo field agents (their own leads) and admin or viewer staff accounts granted by your organisation. Unauthorised access is not permitted.

6. Data retention and deletion

Lead and account data is retained while your organisation uses the service and as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. To request correction or deletion of your personal account data, contact your Suljhaoo administrator or email us at contact@valantech.in. See also our Account & Data Deletion page.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong passcode and keep your device safe.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
