Account & Data Deletion

Suljhaoo Leads is a free internal portal operated by Valantech Solutions Private Limited for authorised field agents and admin staff. This page explains account closure and data deletion. Because there is no paid subscription in this portal, refund and billing cancellation rules for consumer purchases do not apply.


1. No paid plans or refunds

Suljhaoo Leads does not charge fees and does not process payments. There are no subscriptions to cancel and no refunds to issue through this portal. If you reached this page looking for billing on the main Suljhaoo store app, that is a separate product on www.suljhaoo.com.

2. Ending access to the portal

When you leave your role or no longer need access, your Suljhaoo administrator can deactivate your agent or staff account. Deactivation stops sign-in immediately. It does not automatically delete historical lead records you created while active — those may be retained for business records unless deletion is requested as below.

3. Account and data deletion

To request deletion of your personal account information (name, phone, email) or to ask about lead records you entered, contact:

  • Your Suljhaoo organisation administrator (preferred for agent accounts), or
  • Valantech at contact@valantech.in with the mobile number or email on your account

We will verify your identity before processing a request. We may retain certain records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example audit logs or leads already reviewed by admin).

4. What we delete

Depending on your request and organisational policy, we may:

  • Deactivate your login and remove personal account fields
  • Anonymise or delete lead entries you created, where permitted
  • Remove profile photos or verification images stored for your leads

Aggregated or de-identified statistics that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained.

5. Timeline

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will confirm by email when processing is finished or explain if part of a request cannot be fulfilled for legal or operational reasons.
