Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

Access is granted only to users authorised by Suljhaoo or Valantech (for example assigned sales agents and admin staff). You must provide accurate account information and keep your passcode confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@valantech.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Free service

Suljhaoo Leads is provided free of charge to authorised users. There are no subscription fees, in-app purchases, or payment flows in this portal. Because the service is free, refund and cancellation terms for paid products do not apply — see Account & Data Deletion for account removal.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the portal only for legitimate lead-capture and management work. You must not:

• Enter false, misleading, or fraudulent lead information
• Attempt to access leads or accounts belonging to other agents without authorisation
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the service
• Upload malicious content or interfere with normal operation
• Share login credentials with unauthorised persons

4. Lead data

Information you enter about shops and owners is used for Suljhaoo's lead pipeline. You represent that you collect such information lawfully in the course of your work and in line with applicable local norms and your employer's instructions.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Suljhaoo Leads does not sell user data or share it with third parties for marketing or profiling.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

7. Suspension and termination

We or your organisation may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these Terms or are no longer authorised. Upon deactivation, access to the portal ends; data handling is described in our Privacy Policy and Account & Data Deletion page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valantech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the free portal. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Suljhaoo Leads in the twelve months before the claim — which, for this free service, is zero.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rules.
